Christa Hines

I’m a doctoral student in Communication Studies at the University of Kansas. A lifelong Communication scholar, I received my M.A. at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and my B.A. at Texas A&M University. With a comprehensive background in journalism, content marketing, media relations and presentation coaching in the health and wellness industry, I’m exploring the intersection of women’s health communication with femtech (female-oriented technology) and narratives of gender bias, social justice, and censorship.
